ORDERING

Q: Can I get separate size for my scrub top and scrub bottom?
Yes, that’s possible, just specify it in your order form.

Q: I don’t fit in any of your standard sizes. What should I do?
You can send in your own measurements. Kindly use our custom fit guide chart for reference.

Q: Do you have stocks on hand?
No, we don’t. All our items are made to order.

Q: How can we avail the logo program?
We charge PHP 1200 for a one-time logo design program. This service is to convert you logo in JPG format to a digital code that is readable by our embroidery machine. Aside from that there’s a separate fee of PHP 200 per piece for the pocket-sized logo embroidery itself.

PAYMENT

Q: How can I pay?
Please choose the method that’s most convenient for you:

Bank Deposit / Online Fund Transfer

After placing an order, we’ll send you all the details you’ll need together with our invoice.

Q: Do I need to pay in full?
Yes, it’s our company’s policy to pay in full upon confirmation of orders.

Q: Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We don’t offer Cash on Delivery since all our items are made to order.

Q: Do you accept credit card/check payments?
As of now, we don’t have this system yet but soon maybe we will.


OFFICE HOURS

Q: What are your office hours?
Our customer support team will be happy to help you on he following schedules:

Mondays to Saturdays: 8AM to 5PM
Sundays: Closed

We are closed every Sunday. Although, our DMs are open 24/7 for all your queries. Please expect slight delay in our responses as we are only able to answer them during office hours.

Q: Do you have a physical shop?
No, we don’t. We currently transact online directly to our customers.

Q: Can I visit your shop to have my measurements taken?
Yes, you can. Provided you’ll notify us beforehand. Please contact us through direct message to schedule your visit.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

You’ll be notified through instagram direct message once you’re items are ready for pick-up.

Personal pick-ups are also allowed provided you’ll notify us of this arrangement.

Orders from Metro Manila
Customers are responsible for booking and paying the rider directly. Exact pick-up details from our HQ will be provided upon day of dispatch.

Orders outside Metro Manila
For customers outside Metro Manila, we usually ship our items through LBC. Upon shipment, we will give you your tracking number to track your package.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
Below are our standard rates:
1-2 scrub sets = PHP 300
3-5 scrub sets = PHP 600
6 scrub sets and up = Initial payment is shouldered by OTG, to be reimbursed by customer.


ALTERATIONS / REPAIR

Q: I want to have my orders repaired. What should I do?
Kindly contact us through instagram direct message. We’ll take you through the process in compliance with our Alteration Policies.

ALTERATION POLICIES
1. Please choose/input carefully your sizes when deciding to order, as all are accepted for “made-to-orders.”
2. We cannot accept returns/exchange unless the items received are wrong or damaged. Best we can do is size alteration with additional fee.

Alteration Fees:
Per Set = PHP 400
Top only = PHP 200
Bottom only = PHP 200

3. Alteration may take up to one week.
4. Please take note that the shipping fee from and to the customer should be shouldered by the customer unless it’s our company’s fault.

FREE REPAIR SERVICES
Our free repair service only covers the following:
1. Repair of faulty stitching.
2. Wrong items received.
3. Measurements sent were not followed.

For this circumstances, we will be the one to shoulder the shipping expenses.

BULK ORDERS / CUSTOM ORDERS

Q: Do you give special discounts for bulk orders?
No, we don’t. As much as we’d like to give special discounts, we have high labor cost to maintain the quality of our products. We sincerely hope you understand.

Q: Do you accept custom design scrubs?
Yes, but it only applies for a minimum order of 20 pax.
